Integrations
Connect openlane to the tools you already use.
openlane integrates with ERP systems, ecommerce platforms, advertising catalogs and marketplace management platforms. If you use a different or proprietary system, we can build the connection you need without forcing you to change the tools your company relies on.
Incoming data
Product record
Published data
Ecommerce
Connect the catalog to your online store.
Keep data, copy, images and other product information up to date on your company’s ecommerce platform.
openlane offers native connectors for Adobe Commerce/Magento, Shopify and PrestaShop, which can be extended to fit even highly customized ecommerce sites.
Using another platform? openlane can connect to the major ecommerce systems. If the connector you need isn’t available yet, we can build it to fit your project’s requirements.
ERP and business systems
Connect your ERP to the rest of the catalog.
Technical and commercial information often originates in the ERP, but it then needs to be used by marketing, sales, ecommerce and other channels.
openlane connects these systems so the information you need reaches the catalog without constant manual steps.
- SAP
- Business Central
- Infor M3
Multichannel platforms
Feed multiple marketplaces from a single connection.
If you use a multichannel platform to manage several marketplaces, openlane can supply the product information it needs without creating and updating separate catalogs.
This way, you can expand product distribution while keeping a shared, controlled foundation.
- Lengow
- ChannelEngine
- Highstreet.io
Marketing and sales performance
Connect catalog data to your products’ sales results.
openlane correlates Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 data with the quality of your product records. This lets it identify, for example, highly visible products that get few clicks or heavily visited pages that generate few add-to-carts, and suggest where to improve the content.
Custom integrations
Your system isn’t listed? We can connect it.
Not every company uses the same tools. Some work with industry-specific software, less common platforms or in-house systems.
That’s why openlane can also be integrated with applications and third-party services that aren’t among the connections we’ve already built.
Each integration starts from the systems you already use and the information that needs to be exchanged, without imposing a standard structure.
Custom exports
Export data in the format each destination requires.
Customers, distributors, platforms and business systems may require different information, organized in a specific structure.
From the openlane interface, you can create custom exports, choosing which catalog data to include, how to organize it and which format to generate it in:
- JSON
- CSV
- XML
This way, you can prepare information for each destination without manually rebuilding the catalog. If requirements change or a new recipient is added, you can configure an export that fits the new specifications.
Your ecosystem
Let’s see how openlane connects to your systems.
Tell us which ERP, ecommerce platforms, marketplaces or proprietary software you use. We’ll check which connections are already available and how to configure any other integrations your company needs.
